The layers and beautiful flavors of this tea are just unreal. This very rare tea was designed by the Taiwanese Research Institute for Tea, where they cross-bred tea hybrids from Myanmar with the Taiwanese tea plants. Together with the perfect growing conditions in the area near the famous Sun Moon Lake, this results in such a high quality tea. We found amazing floral and fruity tones, followed by refined malt flavors that remind us of a well designed whiskey. Overall a very clean tea that you can infuse up to 5 times!
