The warm red colour of this beautiful iron teapot reminds us of the glowing sunset over the wetlands in Ha Pak Nai. The embossed decoration is inspired by an Asian pattern called "Shippō". This goes back to Buddhism and shows overlapping circles in quarters that stand for flower petals. A shining star appears in the centre, symbolizing prosperity, harmony and good relationships.
